Q: The description says lockable but i dont see a place to put a lock on it!?

The case locks by the tabs. There is not a key or a place to put a lock on the case.

Q: Has dewalt changed the design of these wrenches? my set was not anti-slip despite showing the anti-slip design in the amazon photos and packaging?

What I see in the pictures is exactly what I got and what first two anti-slip means it won’t slip off A nut or bolt
