Purchased this to see if it would help with all of the neurological pain I have. I have suffered for more than 35 years with restless leg syndrome, neurological pain in my legs from back trauma; and every medication given to me by the doctors, just didn’t take care of it completely. Also, pharmacological‘s can be so toxic. Where they fix one thing they create to more problems. Alpha lipoic acid has been, and is my miracle. After one week of taking two pills a day I began to notice that the pain going down my legs was decreased significantly. In two weeks, I was able to stop two medication‘s that I was taking for restless leg syndrome. After a month, my pain has decreased by four full points. This for me is a miracle. Do not hesitate to try this product. It is worth every cent. My only concern this months was last months pills were white capsules, this months. The powder in the capsule is yellow. Why?

I have been taking for 2 years for a twitch that I have around my left eye. I take 2 a day and have seen a big decrease in this eye twitch. I used to use Botox for it and have found this to help with the underlying causes better. Plus it has many other benefits like slower aging to my skin by providing antioxidants.

I have been using this alpha lipoic acid for a couple of years now and really enjoy the fact that it has no fillers. The only extra ingredient is the outer methyl cellulose capsule holding the ALA powder. Always very careful to pick the pills with very little to no fillers and this fit the bill. It has worked well and I take it in the morning before walking 5 miles each day and then again one at night. I have no stomach upset and no issues. I typically take this capsule along with my other vitamins and supplements. It’s a great product and I will continue using it!.

This product is great considering the price and quality. I feel great after adding this to my supplemental routine.

I've been taking this for several weeks now. It is a largeish pill, but easy to swallow. I haven't noticed any smell or anything, thankfully. It's proven effective for me!
