When I first tried it did not produce enough smoke so I returned it and was kindly refunded. They then resent me a new one that worked amazingly at no charge and have officially won me over. Its high quality, great taste, and I love supporting small businesses who go above and beyond.

Top quality product, happy I purchased this and delivered quickly. However it is pricey for what it is, after purchase the Foghat, I found other brands just as well performing even more modern styling that are 2/3rds the price.

So the smoke doesn’t seem to drop easily into the glass. But if you tilt it it fills up much faster.

This is my go-to gift for men who enjoy a good old fashioned. Easy to use, love the different flavor profiles, and it gives a good spirit that amazing smoked profile. Its also a really neat party addition to spice up your bar!

Got this for my dad for Christmas as he likes to drink and have cool gadgets. He loves it and says it works great. Pretty sure he thought it was more expensive than it was lol. Very happy with it

Product is exactly what we wanted, however, the wood chip container opened up and all the wood chips were in the bottom of the box. Luckily we have some, but disappointing none the less.

I bought this for my husband. He acted like a kid in a candy store when he opened this at Christmas. The ease of use and the flavor are the two main things he loves. Well done, 10,000 Oaks!

Gave this as a gift to a whiskey lover, they use it all the time. If you think you'll get a lot of use of it- maybe buy more wood shavings since the tin is kind of small.
