Disappointing when opened box, rather large for two small items. Lovely box and excellent rich products. Be improved in smaller size box.

Great set perfect for a gift, natural ingredients so kind to skin. Leaves lips very soft and hydrated, the TLC they need. Highly recommend!

I love the lip balm, but the hand cream smells horrible and isn’t nice. I do have sensitive skin, but my hands really don’t like this cream at all.

The media could not be loaded.  For starters, the packaging of this gift set is beautifully presented.With all this that has happened, I have had to wash my hands much more frequently and also use alcohol Hand sanitiser every day so this has left my hands very dry and rough, but with the hand cream, it has helped me hydrate hands considerably so now I can see my hands that for over two weeks of using this they are much better and not so rough.I usually use them when I'm at home as long as possible and I liked the aroma that it has as well as being a product with natural ingredients and without parabens.The balm hydrates my lips very well and they no longer split or become so dry, which leaves me very satisfied with this product that I would be happy to recommend it.As Christmas approaches, I am thinking of ordering one of these for my niece who will like it very much because of the beautiful presentation that this product has as you can see in the video.I hope my photos, video and review have been useful.

Since the virus hit, like everyone else, I’ve been washing my hands over a trillion times a day. I still haven’t found a hand wash that’ll keep my hands moisturised all day so have ended up with ragged hands. As I don’t want to use a separate hand moisturiser during the day as it can interfere with the effectiveness of some hand sanitisers, I’ve been applying it when I get home and at bed-time in the hope that it’ll repair my hands overnight.Although I’ve been aware of the Burt’s Bees brand for a long time, I’ve never used their products so thought I’d give it a whirl.This gift pack is very nicely presented. As you can see, there is an inner box contained within an outer sleeve. I was very pleasantly surprised by the tissue wrap and straw filler, which imparted an up-market feel to the experience. As a result, this pack feels very ‘gift worthy.’I tried the lip balm first. You need to remove a narrow film wrap before you can turn the ‘wick’ up on the balm. It’s certainly nicely yet subtly fragranced and I was immediately impressed that it didn’t feel like I was slathering half a lump of lard across my chops, unlike some lip balm sticks I’ve used in the past. It tastes fairly pleasant too if you inadvertently decide to sample it in this way….The hand cream tube has a foil wrap across its neck that needs to be peeled off before use. It’s not the largest tube of hand cream in the world but a little goes a long way. The cream has a slightly oily texture to it, which I actually prefer as I feel it provides longevity where some lighter creams can soak in instantly and quickly feel as if the moisturising effect is lost. The fragrance is very pleasant indeed, with a distinctive botanical nose, no doubt due to the hemp oil the cream contains. I found myself frequently sniffing my hands to the extent that my other half kept asking me if I was about to sneeze! After applying it, I had no adverse skin reaction and my hands certainly felt as if they’d been repaired overnight, ready to be ripped to shreds again the following day!Both the lip balm and hand cream are very suitable for use by any gender and also make for great products to keep around the house for general use.

My wife informs me that this is a very luxurious hand cream, it smells fantastic, feels lovely, is absorbed very quickly and leaves her hands feeling soft and cosseted, the attractive perfume lasts a long time, implying that the cream stays active for a long time as well. I should just add here that the perfume (or fragrance if you prefer) isn't overly feminine, and this can realistically be used by both men and women. I should also add that although this isn't the cheapest hand cream about, it is nevertheless quite cost-effective as only a small amount is required for each application.It is perhaps very appropriate that I was offered this product at this time when we have been washing and sanitising our hands seemingly endless times each day which does leave hands dry and uncomfortable, this product does counteract that very effectively.The box the items came in is sturdy and very attractive and would make a great present, it was also very nice to note that there was no plastic insert to the box, the items were just cushioned by wood wool thus improving the environmental impact.We shall be looking out for more of the Burt's Bees products.
