UNI-SHINE 7-Inch LED Headlights - with Amber Turn Signal White DRL, DOT Approved, Hi/Lo Beam, Compatible with Jeep Wrangler JK TJ CJ, Chevy, and Miata

I installed them in my 74 Super Beetle. It was very quick and easy to do, the plug connector fit perfectly. I should have made the switch years ago. I went from dim yellow lights that would get dimmer and brighter at lower and higher RPMs to being able to see like I'm driving a modern car. The low beams are perfect, the high beams are perfect. They are bright without blinding people. My car isn't a show car restoration but I didn't want super modern or techy looking lights, these lights look like they belong on the car.

Absolutely awesome!! Wanted something less modern looking to replace the original sealed beams on my 1948 Ford Convertible, and I think they look great. I’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback from car shows and other car enthusiasts. After the dim yellow sealed beams these are super bright nice white light. They fit perfectly and function as they should. Really nice lights for a good price. Have already told others to give them a try!

It's so nice to write a review about a great product. I have a 1982 Vanagon, the headlights have always been awful. The stock lights were terrible, so a few years ago I bought an "upgrade kit" from a well known supplier of VW bus parts. They were German H4 bulbs, but in the end they were no brighter than the stock lights as they drew so much current they never got as bright as they should. Even after I ran a separate power line for them from the battery they were still too dim for safe driving. I'd been thinking about switching to LED headlights, as I figured the lower power draw would have to help, but trying to find compatible LED lights for a 42 year old car can be a bit intimidating. I have to give GoWesty major credit, on their site they sell a very expensive set of LED lights, but they say that if you don't want to spend $400 on headlights that you should check out these lights, and I did. These lights took perhaps 5 minutes to install, just remove the grill, remove the 3 screws holding on the band that retains the lights, pull out the old bulbs, pop in the new bulbs and replace everything. Could not have been easier. When I hit the headlight switch I was amazed at the massive glow of light, I'd never seen anything like it from my van. I'll make sure the alignment is good, but these are so much brighter than any other light I've had in there it's astounding. I have a volt meter that measures the system voltage in the dash circuits. With my old lights the voltage would sag from 13.1 volts to 11.8 volts when the lights went on. With these the voltage drops from 13.1 volts to 13 volts, quite the difference, obviously they're consuming a lot less power while putting out many times the amount of light. Just a final note, I was shocked when I opened the box and picked up one of the bulbs, they're HEAVY, much heavier than the stock bulbs, which I have to imagine indicates they're pretty substantially made. They certainly have an air of quality.

Bought these for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport. As there are an endless amount of brands/styles of 7" round headlights I figured to go with these as, based on the pictures and description, I liked the beam layout the most. First, my Jeep is used and the previous owners had an obvious set of Amazon-bought lights that had yellowed and one high beam wasn't working. So I wanted to replace. I went back and forth on just getting a stock OEM set or the LED's. Also, the previous headlights had that annoying "flickering" that I hated. There's no arguing, the LED's are much brighter then standard halogens but I was weary that anything on Amazon may not last, be faulty right out of the box, wrong fitment, etc... These lights came in a stylized, very sturdy box with foam all around. They are covered with vinyl to protect from scratching the lens (although be careful when taking them out of the foam as the headlights are so secure that I wound up pulling the vinyl off before getting the headlights out). This set also came with adapters in case the straight connecters aren't the right ones for your vehicle...and I'm happy they were provided as my Jeep needed them! The headlights were an easy install and fit perfectly in my Jeep. I adjusted the beam to 36 1/2" height then went for a night time test drive. The beams are exactly what I was looking for. It's almost like they have a straight bottom that curves out on top, unlike my previous set that was more round overall. And NO FLICKERING!!! The high beams cast a distant dome-like beam of light making for a great night time view. In other words, the beam isn't straight across from top to bottom, more of a straight line at the bottom then a curved, dome-like effect casting the darkness ahead of you. There are two reasons for minus a star: 1. There's a dark, rainbow-like curve that goes under the straight-across beam. This is more of a "subjective" con to these headlights as it almost creates a blind spot on the ground, immediately in front of the vehicle. 2. Although all connecters were provided they did NOT "click" into the Jeep's female connecter. They "fit" but would slide right out. Therefore, I wrapped the connecters tightly with electrical tape to keep them secure. I've only had these installed for a few days so time will tell how long they last. I figure if I can get a few years out of them then it would be worth it. (I bought them for $90 USD.) But so far they are exactly what I was looking for with an overall straight beam that provides plenty of night vision. For this price, which is fair, I would currently recommend!

They look great and they’re really bright. Way better than oem halogens. They fit great and functions phenomenally well.

From the moment I opened the box, I knew these UNI-SHINE J003T headlights were a great fit. The design and build quality feel robust, which gave me confidence before installation. The process was surprisingly straightforward, and once installed, the aesthetic change to the vehicle was instant and dramatic, giving it a much more modern and aggressive look. But the most important thing is the performance. The difference in lighting is truly "night and day." The beam is powerful, clear, and uniform, virtually eliminating blind spots and greatly improving nighttime driving safety, especially on poorly lit roads. Additionally, the integrated LED halo is not only a fantastic aesthetic detail but also serves as a highly visible daytime running light. Without a doubt, it has been one of the best upgrades I've ever made to my car.

I own a Jeep Wrangler 2016, removing the grill and installing was very simple, about 30 min if you’re handy, an hour if you aren’t. The end result is great, it’s SO much safer than the stock lousy standard Jeep halogen lights , far greater distance, no flicker, this is a great quality, metal housing , looks great. And nobody has flashed me in 2 months of use. Highly recommended as an easy safety improvement to any vehicle that it fits.
