Pre-op/post-op use
Used this pre-op and post-op for bruising and swelling! I usually bruise badly but had minor and minimal bruising and less swelling than anticipated. Very happy with this product!

Good products. Same ones my Dr recommended. It did help with the bruises. They still take time to go away but seem to help. I do recommend.

Does the job
I’m a longtime user of arnica montana. I was introduced to it decades ago (it worked much better then) as a way to reduce bruising from injuries, surgeries, procedures. This one by VitaMedica, the sublinguals in the blister pack, work well for me. They were recommended to me after a bit of an accident where I ended up with some extensive bruising. For me, the sublinguals always work better. I find the creams to be too weak and while it does moisturize my skin and massaging it in does help with pain, I could get that same relief from any other cream. Not their fault, just how my body works. If you are preparing for some sort of medical procedure, be sure to check with your doc first, but you may find that this will be quite helpful for you on the road to your recovery. For this one, the sublinguals are very easy to take and the cream isn’t too thick, goes on smooth and it’s easy to rub in, and the scent isn’t very strong, all of which are important for me.

Great product
My surgeon told be to use it before my surgery to prevent bruising . It worked really great . Brushing was minimal. Wish I new about this years ago !

It truly helps. I have ITP so bruising is crazy and takes long to go away. Dis one makes them go away way faster
