This is absolutely beautiful. Very well made. A piece you can gladly leave out on display. It is a birthday present for my husband so I haven't given it to him yet. After I do & he gets to use it I will update my review on how it performs but looks - WOW!!

Quiet. Sits on my husband’s nightstand and it doesn’t bother him at all while sleeping. Beautiful product

Beautifully crafted watch winder that is very quiet, extremely stylish/beautiful, and easy to operate. However, after a year and a half of operation, during which it kept my Bulova automatic watch on time, it failed one day. I was able to ‘jumpstart’ it back into operation by shutting it off, unplugging it, and changing the winding program several times, and it continued to operate reliably for an additional year. The winder is now stopping altogether randomly and not restarting. Anytime an electrical device that is designed to operate within certain parameters begins to malfunction in this manner, I don’t feel comfortable operating it or keeping it plugged in, so it is time to retire this winder and invest in a more expensive/higher quality/more reliable brand. Amended my rating and review from 2 stars to 4 stars based on finding a link for the dealer, ILove Nest, and sending them a complaint via the above review. They responded the same day, indicating repair would be more expensive than purchasing a new one, and offered a $35 credit towards buying a new one. Very fair considering my old one was 2 years old. Satisfied customer!

Easy to use and awesome for keeping my watch wins with exact time

Had this for about 2yrs and it just died, sounds like the motor is trying to run but it doesn't move. I had it set on the longest time in between winding cycles. Looked nice but now just a paper weight.

Works as billed. Nicely made and finished. Quick delivery.

The wooden finish looks very nice and the item seems well made on the outside. My husbands large Swiss Army watch fit the pillow with no trouble. I would have given this item 5 stars if it had worked when we received it. None of the four settings worked with the item both plugged into the wall and with batteries installed. The seller was very responsive at first to our issue, until they asked for a video of the item not working (which we took and sent to them). After sending the video we never heard back. Luckily, 2 of the four settings just started to work so we gave up and decided to keep it.

I've only had this a little while, but it is very quiet and decent quality for the money. The only thing i don't like is the quality or feel of the pillow, it seems a little cheaply made.
