Incomplete and broken
It came to me literally broken and there was no hardware included in the box, which it doesn’t disclose anywhere in the description. Just two bars…. One of them broken for $90

Poor quality control, but good customer service
These are the size I need and they match my Rugged Ridge Rack, but like the other reviewer, mine came with only one end cap out of four. There was evidence of a second one when I emptied the box, but it was broken to peices.11/10/18 I have an update: I contacted Rugged Ridge customer service and after providing proof of purchase and some pictures of the crossbars they are sending me the replacement end caps for my bars.

Perfect for hauling everything from wood to expensive gear!
Perfect for that added space for hauling just about everything. Extremely strong easy to load and items are easy to strap down, no slippage!

no directions - no hardware
The only thing in the box was two metal rods, no hardware, no directions, so I have no idea what to do with them. Somehow they must connect to to roof rack but I have no idea how.

They are round and 56.5" long. But, only 1 out of 4 ends had the plug in it.
