Little pricy, but the one of the most cost-effective "high end" multivitamins.
This is a very high quality multi-vitamin. I'm a biochemist and I've always shuddered at the forms of many nutrients included in your standard line multis 10-20$ tablet multivitamins. Mineral oxides have bioavailabilities <3%. Yeah, sure, you put 100% of my recommended daily intake of zinc and magnesium in it, but I'm only going to absorb 1-3% of it? What am I paying for? This multivitamin contains glycine chelates of all the minerals, which are highly absorbable, easy on the stomach, and don't get bound up by phytic acid, which is very cool for those of us who choose not to eat trendy gluten free diets and but still want to get our mineral intake. Furthermore, it uses L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and methylcobalamin instead of the cheaper folic acid and cyanocobalamin, meaning, you're actually getting nearly 100% of the vitamins you're taking. Folic acid and cyanocobalamin are cheap forms of these vitamins that are poorly metabolized. Don't believe me? Pick up a L-5-MTHF and methylcobalamin supplement alone and take those for a few weeks. After doing that myself, I decided to switch over to this multi so I didn't have to take a dozen pills every day.Cool facts:Includes multiple forms of vitamin K (most multis have none or 1)Chelated minerals (glycine chelates)Activated B vitamins (L-5-MTHF, methylcobalamin, pyridoxal-5-phosphate >> folic acid, cyanocobalamin, pyridoxine)Cons:Kindof expensive. 27$/mo for your multi is a lot, especially considering most others are <20%/year, but I'd rather take nothing than a cheap multi.Anyway, it's worth it for me. The "Elite" version is way too expensive to be worthwhile, I think, but this one is pretty good. Take 2-3 per day, spaced out. I usually do 2 in the morning and one at night.

I like the Vit D content and the purity of ingredients
I like the Vit D content and the purity of ingredients, but no matter what I do I get throw-up sick about a half hour after I take these. I've tried a few different ways to alleviate this and it doesn't work.

I think it was better than nothing but I probably won't order these again
I ordered these when the EXOS Multi-Vitamin Elite supplements were out of stock. I could tell a difference not having the same formula that includes minerals. My nails became very brittle and hardly could grow as they would break in no time. I think it was better than nothing but I probably won't order these again. Nothing is wrong with the product. If your mineral status is good or you take other supplements for minerals, I'm sure these will be fine. Thorne Research puts out quality products. If you take these and want to know if you are absorbing the vitamins well, maybe get some blood work to be sure. We all absorb our nutrition differently so different products may work better for some and not for others.

Lots of energy, lots of side effects
I've noticed a huge improvement in my energy since starting these. I wanted a quality multivitamin and if you do your research you'll see that these truly are top of the line. However, I've experienced many side effects with these. Nothing severe, but I don't normally have side effects when taking medication so I definitely needed to adapt. I'm new to vitamins, so these may all be fairly typical with any vitamin you take. For me, side effects included pretty bad nausea if I take these on an empty stomach, extremely vivid dreams and nightmares, and neon urine (which I understand many people can get from B vitamins). Once you get past those it's a great product!

Highest Quality Multivitamin out there
Extremely good quality, especially using chelated minerals and folate instead of folic acid, all in the amounts I was looking for. I am hypothyroid and this supplement is definitely the best I have found for giving me all the supplements I need in the ideal amounts. Only problem is that it will make me throw up if my stomach is empty. I used to like to keep my vitamins next to the bed and take them first thing when I wake up so that I don't forget, but now I have to be sure not to do it until after I eat. Not a big deal, but don't say you weren't warned. ;)

I bought these because it seemed better than the rest but I found myself trying to swallow and not breathe or taste anything. I quit using them after I threw up shortly after ingestion. It will leave a lingering fish taste/ smell in your breath.

Still looking for a multivitamin.
I can't stand the smell/taste of these. These gave me the most horrendous smelling burps that made me want to hurl. :(Other than that, they were fine. The smell didn't bother my husband at all.
