Madras Curry Powder 3.6 oz - Indian Seasoning - Non-GMO, No MSG, Gluten Free

I’ve been using another popular madras curry powder for a long while and enjoying it. I decided however to switch it up this time and try something different which brought me to this stuff. After receiving it, I did a simple taste taste by dipping my finger in my old curry powder that I still had a bit left, and then my new Spicewalla mixture. After tasting my old brand I got worried that I had made a mistake in switching because it tasted really good. But then… I dipped into the Spicewalla and took a taste and my taste buds were singing! I’m pretty sure I exclaimed, “Oh my gosh!” out loud with wide eyes. It was sooo good and exactly what I know Indian curry flavor to be! The complexity, freshness and depth of flavor as well as the perfect combination of spices was on point. I highly recommend Spicewalla’s version of madras curry powder. Even if you like the brand you’ve used in the past, give this brand a try. My guess is you won’t be sorry.

I have not tried this yet on rice or anything like that or chicken or whatever, but I will tell you as soon as I opened it it was very fragrant and smell very fresh and delicious. I tasted the little bit of it, And I think it’s going to be great the cool thing is this doesn’t have salt in it so you can add your own salt to your on liking but the freshness and the quality seems to be far superior to the stuff that you both a local grocery store!! Shhhh 🤫

Hands down the best tasting Madras on the market. Good heat, but not overwhelming. I cook a good deal with curries, but most frequently with Madras. This is my go to. It’s a well-rounded, versatile curry, with a fresh bright flavor, perfect for Malaysian and Vietnamese Curry dishes. It tastes like what you think a Madras Curry should taste like. Attractive packaging and very fresh.

This stuff makes EVERYTHING taste amazing. I have had this for a long time and have used it in stir fry and many other dishes and it has made every single one of them amazing. Get it. You will not regret it!!

This is so good! I roast cauliflower in this with butter and salt, and everyone loves it.

Makes a delicious coconut curry sauce. Won’t kill you with the heat level so you can and spice as you like to the sauce. I also like to sprinkle as a seasoning on things like popcorn. The tins are super cute and you can buy keep them around and buy re fill bags for them if you want.
