Fresh, crunchy and low salt content. It's extremely spicy and too much citric acid has been used to give it the tangy flavour. In fact, all the company's products have excess citric acid added to them. I tasted other products like bujiya, fried peanuts, this navratna namkeen and badam lachha. All of them have excess citric acid added to them which makes the taste too tangy instead of being in background. The balance of flavour in this namkeen is whack. The spice is too much that it burns your tongue and the remaining taste on the tongue is burnt by the citric acid. Then all the fried peas and other things in this taste like nothing because your tongue is burning. Drinking hot tea while eating this makes the burning sensation even worse. I would have enjoyed it if it was less spicy and tangy. The only way to eat this is with yogurt or if sensation on your tongue is dead.
