I purchased this necklace for my daughters' 10th birthday. She liked it so much she didn't want to wear it; she thought she might lose it if she wore it so she left it in the box and took it out from time to time to look at it. I reassured her that it was purchased to be worn and it would do no one any good to leave it in the box. She now wears it, and totally loves it!
