I use this once a month to clean ny electic thermo pot. The inside looks brand new each time. Great way to maintain it.

Our water boiler had not been washed for many years. I put all 4 packets (4x30g) of the citric acid (dissolved) into the warm water in the boiler and reboiled the water and left it for 3 hours. The water becomes yellowish. After throwing away the water, I took the photo (see attached). The pot of the boiler looks clean as new (up to the maximum line). Excellent!
