It has pockets! Foot pockets!
I have plenty of blankets for traveling, but all are a bit too lightweight, or too small to cover my entire being, or too bulky for airplanes.I bought this blanket hoping to solve those bits, but had no idea how fantastic it would turn out to be.You WANT this blanket. It is super-soft and snuggle-worthy. It is lightweight yet thick enough to be warm. Big enough to cover your whole body but it folds up to about the size of a travel-pillow... in fact, that's how I use it when not deployed as a blanket. It gets even better. There is a big zippered pocket to hold your stuff (wallet, phone, etc) and a snap so that you can keep the blanket from slipping off of you. Best feature of this blanket, IMO, are the FOOT POCKETS!! So unique and so delightful to slide your feet into these pockets and not have to worry about your blanket slipping off your feet.I've traveled extensively with this blanket and washed it countless times. It has held up extremely well. Fabric and stitching are high-quality, and the color and softness have not faded.

Good large-sized travel blanket with foot pockets
This is a very comfortable travel blanket that I've used on flights to stay warm. The large size is great, as my previous travel blankets were always too small to cover my entire body, but this one does. The foot pockets are a huge plus--my feet always get cold, and these pockets help tremendously with that. I like that it has a button to keep the blanket intact when you wrap it around you. The front zipper pocket was also great for holding my phone and wireless headphones for easy access during the flights. Overall, this was a huge upgrade over my previous travel blankets!I just encountered one issue with the item... it was very easy for the zipper head to fall off, since the stitching of the zipper was not intact at one end due to a hole in the blanket--so there was no sealed ending for the zipper. I don't know if the hole was there all along or if it formed with use due to very weak stitching at that end that fell apart. This was frustrating because I think it fell off while I was on the plane and I couldn't find the zipper head, so I couldn't bunch it back up into a compact pillow since I couldn't zip it anymore... so I had to just ball it up and carry it. When I got home though, I was able to easily stitch up the hole and simply installed a new zipper head, which solved the problem. Now I can zip it up and keep it. :)

Love This Blanket BUT…
UPDATE: w new pics added. I decided to replace with a new blanket and get the stitching reinforced before I use it. THIS time, I wanted to take pics of how it actually came out of the pouch. There is NOOOOO rolling, only a folded blanket. It’s impossible to get it as flat as it is when it comes to you. But I wanted to try to get it back in the same way it came! See pics for folds NOT rolls 🙄Just got back from my three week European vacation. I will keep this blanket and will do some modifications.Fuzzies:Thanks to other reviews, I washed before my first use. I had zero problems with fuzzies.Back in the Bag:My tip for getting the blanket back into to the bag is shove it in. Hahaha. I was determined to figure out how to get the blanket back in. Their directions say to tuck it in the bag but what you have to do is a flip-under-tuck if that makes sense. The direction you are rolling it…pause, and then tuck it in under (backwards) into its pouch. If you just tuck it in the same way you are rolling, it won’t work. And yes, I achieved this easily on the plane. However after doing this so many times, I just started shoving it in.Poor Stitching on the Straps:Like several of reviews, my stitching started coming apart after one use as well. I will reinforce the stitching before my next use. This blanket is so amazing that it’s worth paying a little extra for my seamstress to fix.The Buttons:The buttons that wrap around your neck are perfect. So convenient. Strong hold. The buttons on the carrying strap suck! My buttons kept coming undone and pillow fell on the ground (ew). I will either replace the button with something stronger or add a button. Again. So great of a blanket, worth it to make perfect.Material:Really soft, plush, comfy. Not itchy or scratchy.LOVE LOVE LOVE this blanket. I’m always cold so this compact blanket was the bomb. Great pillow when I was on the train.

I love this thing!
This blanket is awesome. I wasn't sure how soft it was going to be given the price, but this thing is sooo soft, and I'm picky about fuzzy stuff. It folds up into a little travel pillow with a luggage strap or hand strap (it has 2 snaps) which is handy. It took me a while to figure out how to fold it back into the pillow shape though so look at how you unfold it! I'm good at repackaging reusable grocery bags so I figured it would be no big deal, but the fluff made it more difficult! Anyway, the foot pockets are nice and it also has a snap at the neck so it won't move around or fall down while you're sleeping. I have a rather large neck and still had plenty of room. The zipper pocket turns inside out and ends up about waist/lap height on me (I'm 5'8") so that would be perfect to hold glasses or a small book while you nap if you're on a plane or something. The zipper is on the outside so you probably wouldn't want to put something super valuable in there like a tablet, but simple things would be ok. I honestly got this for keeping warm at my bf's place because they keep it super cold over there and I'm always freezing. It's light but nice and warm. With how thin the fabric is I was afraid that it wouldn't be warm enough, but it's perfect. I find it great for my height. It should fit someone up to about 6' comfortably (my bf is 6' and tried it with no difficulty), but taller than that might be a bit of a stretch. I totally recommend this though. Definitely a good buy!
