As for me, it works. Took two, nothing first day, no notice. Took two more same time and evening. Next morning, lower bowels started, 4th time to the toilet in less than an hour and a 1/2. Don’t know about flat stomach. Loss of pounds- blah blah blah. But this is most definitely doing something. This Bio Cleanse most definitely is pushing whatever it is: out. I would say if you’ve had problems, hard stools, waiting for “it” and disappointed with the outcome, take two. Maybe it’ll work quicker for you, but as for me…whoah. Set aside some time for this, and I’d say don’t go on a roadtrip or you’ll be fertilizing some guys cornfield out in bfe. Maybe instead of 2, take one, but if you want to fully cleanse and you can tolerate, take the 2, and it’s dump time a day and a half later. -Good luck- 11/12/2024 Here is my plan and I’ve instituted this into my daily ritual. As of now, I’ve taken and finished one jar, and I just ordered 2 more. This is NO way possibly going to work for you. However, it’s most definitely working for me. I do believe that this has helped in my weight loss. It is of my opinion, it freed up the “sludge” and bad bacterial habits that reside in my gut. Without question. I have been walking a mile or two a day, and exercise when I can. Additionally, I cut my portions…and I’m drinking lots of water…I’d say close to a gallon a day..so again, it’s me…and this does work for me. However , since the last review, I’ve had so much less bloating. I was shocked how much weight I was gaining, and I was eating LESS but still gaining the damn weight. Hence the reason for this product. In combination with the other things, I have lost an astonishing 28 lbs. so far. That’s right - 28. I do think though, you need to exercise. I do believe drinking big jugs of water pushes out the gunk inside you to not take hold. This is just a “tool” of many…however, it working incredibly well. I take 2 pills at 8 or 9 pm. At 7:30 am, like clockwork, I go. I have noticed that I have more energy, my joints aren’t hurting as I have before, and I’m cognitively more sharp as able to come to “those words” much quicker. I’m 53, and I’ve gone from 278 down to 250 and dropping… So again, this is NOT. Miracle Pill. But I do believe it has helped my gut process and ramp up significantly which is one of the keys to keeping, maintaining and processing food, weight and all…. I firmly believe in this product… once I’m low on this bottle, I’ll probably drop to one pill per day in the evening . If I feel a sluggish reoccurrence, then I’ll go up to 2 once again. This stuff is not magic but it works. If you were to use it with a diet and exercise regimen it works really well….especially with intermittent fasting. I went from 208 to 178 fairly rapidly. That is eating once a day and exercising in the morning before I eat but after I “puke”my guts on(on the lower end)from this stuff. Take it in a “safe environment” before knowing how it affects you. You will get into a routine where you can take it “safely” without any “emergencies”. It is good stuff but again, not magic!

I take in the evening or late afternoon & it has helped make me regular by the morning. This product doesn’t burn fat, but it does help clean you out if you’re feeling constipated. I didn’t notice any discomfort, cramping, or big urgency which is a huge plus! This is a great product if you’re looking for a gentle cleanse & need some help getting your digestive system healthy. I do recommend drinking a lot of water as well to help flush everything out.

Literally nothing else works for me when I get seriously backed up, but 4 of these suckers about 20 minutes before I eat? I'm empty within a couple of hours. A word of warning - when I first started taking these, I only took two and it worked fine. I don't know if my situation has worsened, or if my GI tract was born in the dark and I only adopted it, but now I have to take 4 or nothing happens. So, for anyone who has tried every laxative, stool softener, tea, granny concoction, pre-pro-post-biotic, etc., but is still searching for something that works quickly, reliably, and VERY effectively, give this a shot. Do not make plans, do not stray far from a toilet, and maybe just go ahead and Porky Pig it for the day, to avoid any pants-related delays.

Within a couple of days, I started noticing less bloating, more regularity, and just an overall “cleaner” feeling. It definitely helped flatten my stomach area a bit, especially around the waist, which was a nice bonus. The formula worked fast (almost too fast at times), so I recommend starting with a lower dose to see how your body reacts. It’s effective but can be intense if you’re not used to digestive supplements. Staying well-hydrated made a big difference for me. It’s a solid product if you're looking to jumpstart a wellness routine or break through a plateau.

While this product may have worked for some, definitely did not for me. This product did help with my appetite. I eat very small portions and seem to get full rather quickly. Also, this product did push bowel movements, however, they were seemingly out of nowhere. you'll be fine, then next minute you are running to find a restroom. I would also get sudden moments of intense pain in my stomach that would last about 10-30 seconds. The pain the ease up after continued use but I began dealing with extreme bloating. seems like anything I ate or drank caused me to bloat tremendously. The taste is horrible. Overall, the cons of this product by far outweighed the pros for me. I'm a very active male, and I generally eat a decent diet, the bloating was so bad that I looked as though I gained weight from this. It was bad enough to the point that I got worried and scheduled an appointment to verify my health was ok. After research, I found the bloating was caused by this product. While I'm relieved to know it wasn't something more serious with my health, I'm upset to know that this was a wasted $40+. Update 10/23/24- after more research, I went back and discovered it wasn’t this product alone that caused my bloating. So I began using it again but only half the suggested doses and it was a pretty decent product. No bloating, keep me regular. I will purchase again and continue following my half dosage routine.
