Q: Size what size are these? in the pics they look like 1" but....? size cut out?

The hole needs to be 1 1/2 inches. Add some silicone around outside of the tweeter housing and push it in the hole.

Q: Which wire is power the black or white with black stripe?

Not 100% sure but I Referenced 3 other speakers from different brands and the positive always seems to be on the right terminal when you flip them upside down looking at the motor so I used The white wire on the right As positive And they sound great
