Excellent value for money and it's half the cost of the original 'puppy pal'. It's super soft, cute and cuddly which is perfect for a new puppy. I love how the heat pack is reusable as opposed to others that have disposable heat packs and are quite expensive to replace. Really robust! Bought this for the heartbeat feature so that he would settle in as easily as possible but really suprised by how hard wearing this is. He does everything form cuddle it to trying to rip it shreds and it’s withstood everything our bitey puppy can throw at it!! Would highly recommend
