Healthier longer hair and nails in weeks
I have been taking these for almost two months now and I absolutely noticed a change in my nails and hair growth. As someone who has thyroid/Hashimoto’s my hair took a long time to grow back when I cut it and my nails are brittle so I started taking these biotin 10,000mg and my hair and nails are longer, thicker and healthier since taking them. Good price, soft gels make it easy to swallow, vitamin content is comparable to other Biotin soft gels as is the size count. No aftertaste, they do tend to stick together a bit but if you shake the bottle they loosen up, and there is no smell. Quality is comparable to similar brands.

I’m very satisfied with this purchase. I got two packs for a very affordable price, which makes it an excellent deal. It’s a six-month supply, so I don’t have to reorder often. Biotin usually takes around three months to show real results, and with this supply I’m fully covered for that and beyond. in general biotin is a great supplement, for nails hair and skin, it does take time for a vitamin to be effective, will not work in next day or next week, but also depends on your body, I prefer to the 12.000 mcg but this one is particular have a faster release, this gives my hair a bit more alive looking side, you have to be consistent if you are taking it, I stopped taking it for a few months and my hair thinned a bit
