This stuff worked well enough for me that I gave a bottle to my landscaper when he was suffering from some nasty poison something.

It is not a Miracle drug but it does help and dry-out the poison ivy. This product did reduce the recovery time

Used the named product for heat rash. A substitute was made by sender but it too works.

I love this product - I wound up buying several bottles of it to give away, as anytime someone was visiting and had a rash or bug bite I would use it on them and they and they loved it too! It makes a GREAT gift!

Liked that it stopped the itching

Bottle image of Homeopathic product. Shipped version is just a 2% diphenhydramine Hcl "benadryl" solution. The real Homeopathic product is great but what I received was very overpriced. Maybe a merchant error but now reviewing the comments, either the vendor supplied the wrong image or is completely clueless. Not recommended, just buy OTC "diphenhydramine" spray and save 200%.
