Effective and easy way to get Vitamin D
Doctor recommended me to take liquid D3 because I was vitamin D deficient and this is perfect for me. Its easy to take has a mild taste and is small enough to carry or store on the counter with other daily vitamins.

Effective vitamin D
I have had a vitamin d deficiency for at least 10 years. I was taken another brand tablet but it was still low. I switched to this one and after a few months it was time for lab work. The doctor asked me to cut back on my dose since I was in the 90s I believe, anyways I was at the top of the scale so I say it works.

Vitamin D levels increase

Great taste!
The vitamin sprays seems to be good and it has a good citrus flavor. I will get tested for Vitamin D deficiency next month. We will see how good this spray is by then. What I like about it that every spray counts as 2000ID so you know exactly how much to spray depending on the dose you want.
