Very interesting. I bought the extra strength and took 2 pills last night. It took awhile to fall asleep but it did allow my brain to feel calm with my thoughts. Once I did fall asleep I had very vivid dreams - not scary, just intense and vivid most likely related to the Valerian Root. I woke up completely refreshed and will definitely take them again. I think I will take them a little earlier than the time I would like to sleep to start the unwinding process. I took them at 9:40 last night and didn’t fall asleep until about 11:30 so it takes some time to work but I was out after that until 6:30. So I’m happy about that. Update: This absolutely works. I’ve been using it regularly and notice a difference. I dream and sleep 7-8 hours with this and wake up refreshed. It’s amazing actually. This brand works. I use their other stuff too such as Anxie-T extra strength which works too.

So i have been taking chewables (BrainMD) that work but i didn't like the tart chewable late at night - and then had to get up and brush my teeth again. So i tried these. They work well. Deep sleep. However, for almost 2 weeks i would wake up groggy and would feel that way into the late morning and even around lunch time. I just didn't have my usual energy. So, i tried my chewables again. This morning, i woke up clear headed and ready for the day. Back to chewables. However, this IS still a good product. I might not affect others the same way.

Helpful in making me relax and fall asleep quicker than without.

Not for me. It made my eyes dry and hurt. I actually made an appointment with my eye doctor until I realized that this was the cause of the problem

I tried this because I am aware of Life Seasons good reputation. I was disappointed in that there are other products I have tried that work better for me (with many of the same ingredients as Life Seasons). Maybe it's just my metabolism, who knows!

I’ve been using this for approx 2 years. It definitely helps me sleep, but I have to be consistent and take at the same time each night, and about 30-45 mins before bedtime. Will continue to purchase.
