Very nice thick padding. Does take a couple of days for the plastic smell to wear off. Beautiful color and design. Very happy with my decision!

Been using it for a while now and really like the Mat. It has enough Grip for me to wear socks (i get cold lol) and the thickness is perfect for me! Love the Design as well

This Gaiam yoga mat has a nice cushion for knees and wrists, and the grip is good for both yoga and workouts. I love the reversible prints — it looks pretty and feels sturdy, and it rolls up easily for storage or carrying.

This is my second mat from Gaiam. I bought my first in 2022. Unfortunately it was stolen at the Yoga class, however after this happened I went back on Amazon and there were such great reviews fir the Manduka 6mm mat and even though it was pricey I decided to give it a try. BIG MISTAKE. The 6mm was super heavy to carry. I took it to Yoga class and it did NOT feel like a 6 mm mat. I was not cushy at all! I went right back to my trusted Gaiam 6 mm mat and purchased another one. What a difference between the two different brands and both 6 mm! Mind you I am in my 50’s and taking care of my joints are a priority! The only thing I will say about the Gaiam mats is when you first get them, there is a chemical smell to them but I am assuming this is from the design on the mat?!? At any rate, this goes away once you clean your mat and over time. Manduka had no chemical smell. But the Gaiam chemical smell is a very small con and goes away. You can’t beat the comfort and it’s $38 vs Manduka over $100! It’s a no brainer for me! I took one star off due to the chemical smell as it does take at least one week to get rid of!!!

Love this yoga mat, it’s a lot more cushy and thick than I expected. Design is so cute and it feels truly high quality. Highly recommend!

Usually I'll give a product time to fall apart or explode unexpectedly, but this thing is just quality through and through. While unwrapping, I'm telling myself I hope I like it because the mat looks awesome even rolled up - the colors are just as vibrant in person. The texture is well above what I had been used to on the standard, generic yoga mat. The raised bumps resemble that of a rope weave and feel great. The mat is thinner than my old one but is denser and more resilient. Less give but not uncomfortably so. And many items reviewed on Amazon will mention the product's unexpected smell. Matches my gym room decor perfectly and it’s durable and a little smallish if you’re not thin, so keep that in mind if you’re a bit heavy. Good grip and easy to clean, can’t complain.

J'ai lu des critiques sur ce produit disant qu'il sentait fort. J'ai donc hésité à l'acheter, mais je l'ai fait et je ne le regrette pas. Je n'ai pas constaté une si forte odeur que ça lorsque j'ai déballé le tapis, et dans tous les cas elle est partie très vite. Ce tapis est beau, suffisamment épais pour protéger les articulations sensibles. Avec le temps et l'usage, il ne s'abime pas. Il répond parfaitement à mes attentes. Je le recommande

Muy bonito, y de buena calidad

Me gusta el tapete de muy buena calidad, si acolcha demasiado las rodillas es lo que me ayuda a no sentir el peso de mi cuerpo cuando hago posiciones como el cabello o las inversiones que protege mi cuello y me gusta también que tiene un doble patrón, aunque las flores de enfrente. De repente he sentido que parecen senos de mujer, cuando hago mis perros mirando hacia abajo
