When having family dinners, different items will be ready at different times so my mom was constantly dragging out another crockpot to plug in. I vowed to find a better solution that didn’t require as many plugins, easier to clean up, and had a smaller footprint on the countertop space. This product fit the bill perfectly. It is functional, has the right amount of capacity, and is super easy stainless steel cleanup! I am very happy with this purchase and have enjoyed hearing my mom talk about how great it is and how it had made things easier and less stressful for her when trying to cook for a group 10-15. I look forward to many more family dinners using this product.

I wanted a less cumbersome way of serving for smaller gatherings, rather than the whole set up of racks and chafing dishes and the space it takes up. This electric buffet warmer solved those issues. It holds more in each section than expected and keeps food warm without drying it out. It is neat and visually appealing. Clean up is easy. I would strongly suggest not using any sponge with a rough side, on the lids, to avoid scratching and also suggest to hand dry all pieces immediately after washing them to avoid water stains. I like that I can control the temperature and the lids help to hold the heat in, at any setting. The food doesn't have time to get old because it's usually gone quickly, unlike the whole chafing set up. I especially like that I can cook place the food in these trays and then have time to clean up before guests come to avoid unsightly dirty cookware. I brought three units and look forward to more gatherings. 😊

Works perfectly! Came just in time for our dinner party and warmed our pasta for our pasta bar perfectly! Great price and the size is comparable to my other warmer so the trays will fit both! It seems fairly sturdy; it holds up to adults and kids all evening just fine.

Al principio cuando lo vi, me desilusione. Vi que las venderás eran muy pequeñas. Lo compré para cuando hago los compartir en mi casa. Como ya me había llegado aunque lo encontraba pequeño decidí usarlo en despedida de año. Para mi sorpresa en una bandeja cupo 1 pernil mediano pequeño, llené la bandeja de arroz y comieron aproximadamente 12 personas y sobró mitad de la bandeja. Mantuvo la comida caliente y sin secar. Definitivamente me lo quedo. Olvide tomar fotos.

This is seems to work well. It’s super easy to put together and holds a lot more food than I thought. It kept our food warm for hours. I read some negative reviews that came from people that said it didn’t get hot enough to cook their food..however since the intent of this is to keep prepared food warm, I ignored them - glad I did. Yes the kids are plastic but that helps keep it lightweight. For the money, it’s a nice thing to have for parties!

I used it the first time yesterday for a taco bar. The trays contained taco meat, chicken, and queso cheese sauce. All was well for the first few minutes and then guests asked what happened to the queso as it had turned solid. Well the unit had turned off. So I turned it off and on again and worked for a couple minutes and turned off again. I gave it a try the next morning for brunch and same thing happened so I am giving up on it and retuning.

We've only used it twice but it worked fine those 2 times. The low star rating is because the frame that holds the 3 trays is extremely flimsy. It's hard to store when not in use because we're concerned it will break.. wouldn't recommend because strong when not in use is challenging.

We love it. It keeps food warm very nicely. I’ve seen some people complain that it burns the table underneath, but I tested it carefully and didn’t experience any issues (at least in my case). Also, it can also be dialed down as needed, which is another bonus.

Compré este calentador de alimentos para un evento pequeño. Se monta y se usa muy fácilmente, sólo necesita conectarse a la luz y ya. No usa velas ni agua para baño maría. Sólo montas las bandejas sobre la base y es todo para mentener tus alimentos calientes. Sirve muy bien para eventos pequeños con tu familia o amigos, para una cena de Navidad o Año Nuevo. Llegó dentro de su caja original bien protegido, sin ningún golpe ni maltrato. Me gustó mucho y lo recomiendo ampliamente.
