Fits perfectly
Bought these for box jumping after I had a fail and the box edited my shin. Just tried them out and they are perfect. They don't restrict your movement at all and you get a range of straps so you can select ones that fit comfortably.

Great product
I absolutely and unequivocally love this thing, have being doing CrossFit for 3 years and my shins have paid the price over time, this is what I love about it: Very easy to put on and take off, we usually go through a warm up, technical skill, strength and the actual WOD, the shin guards may not necessarily be needed during the entire CrossFit class so the fact that you don't have to take your shoes off at any time to protect your shins its a huge +, time saver. Hygiene: easy to clean, easy to dry, no bad smells! :) ALL SEASONS: a huge reason why I have neglected my shins is the weather, just imagine putting on neoprene shin guards in a summer day in Texas, no ty! If you do high intensity workout you will understand that at the end of a WOD all you wanna do is take everything off, call it woodies, wrist sweat bands, knee sleeves, everything! These shin guards you can take off in a snap! Material: It does keep you shins safe, I use them on dead lifts, box jumps or any other barbell movement where the barbell has to be close to your shins. BAD ASS LOOKING, yeap you heard me, have received several complements, I really hope more people buy it because I don't want it to go a way, I may get my own stash just in case.

I only wish they were made of something stronger like metal.
I love them, my shins have been taking a beating, but I wish they weren't plastic. I'd gladly pay more for a set made out of something like metal, carbon fiber, fiberglass, or anything that would have a similar impact resistance. I've had the bar fall on my shins during failed Olympic lifts and I doubt these plastic ones would do anything to prevent my leg from breaking next time. I do totally love them and encourage you to get them if your shins keep bleeding like mine. The bar slides on them like butter, unlike socks.

Works well
I got these because I was scraping up my shins pretty bad with deadlifts. I tried using athletic tape on both shins and bar but that didn't work. My power bar is knurled rather close to the center and is quite a cheese grater. These guards work well since they can be put on without removing socks and shoes. With the multiple length elastic straps provided a good fit is assured. They stay put real well and bar slides right up without drag. Sweat does tend to form between the guards and the skin so i think I'll get some knee length socks to help with that.

Save your shins!
I no longer have permanent scrapes on my shins from deadlifting. Perfect and don't interfere with the lift in any way. I deadlift standard style.

These are good
I don't use them a lot, but they worked perfectly when I did. I was afraid they'd be too small (im 6'4", long legs) but they were fine.

Shins healed for the first time in 8 years
Very awkward feel wearing these, but it works - my shins are so happy.

Allows me to concentrate on the weight instead of my bleeding shins.
Bloody shins might look cool in videos online but it sucks all alone in my home gym. These things are great. The bar slides along them like butter. They've got to be more durable than socks or sleeves & they can be worn over long pants.

It works well, feels light, and comfortable But your shins do get pretty sweaty. maybe some neoprene padding behind the guard could improve things

Super geil! Hatte früher immer meine teuren Trainingsleggings geshredded. Mit den Guards passt alles. Sie sind bequem und halten super! Kein Verrutschen. Super Einstellungsmöglichkeiten und leicht mit einem Tuch zu säubern (Schweiß). Die Klettverschlüsse sind sehr hochwertig!

These really do protect your shins, are really light weight and an pretty much infinitely adjustable. Easy to pop on and off over socks and a secure fit can be achieved in seconds. The don't slide around either as have small grip pads on rear. My first impression was that they were rather flimsy and over priced however after month of regular use they still performing well. I have a bad left knee / shin skin injury. Grafted skin over bone and these have given me the confidence to pull the bar into and up the shin and have improved my Deadlift technique due to the confidence the delicate skin is protected. I highly recommend these and would buy again without hesitation.
