I am on my second bottle and use this for adding sweetness to soups and teas. Most recently, I discovered that it is great for adding to makgeolli. It is hard to mix with cold liquids, so you may have to dilute it a small bit in warm/hot water to make it less viscous. I added it after it was finished, but we may try adding it in at the beginning, during mixing.

Southerners should never be without Rice Syrup! This makes the absolute best candies yams, a little butter and rice syrup is all you need! Add this to sweeten anything from tea to soups. It makes terrific candies as well. Truly versatile in the kitchen, and not hard to make as well.

A valued cooking ingredient. You will delightfully surprised compared to other similar cooking ingredients in price and taste. Awesome product.

Reasonable value for the money. THANKFULLY it came in a plastic jar. Amazon & glass jar packaged products don’t ship well.

This is the BEST RICE SYRUP EVER!!!! Japanese dishes are not the same without it!

Liquid sweetener commonly listed in many Korean recipes, but price can be better purchased at Korean/Asian markets, but glad it's available online for those of us far from such luxury! This is one of my favorites!
