HPEnvy x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - AMD Ryzen 7 - 8GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Nightfall Black

Im living in İstanbul, hereby prices were expensive for me, thus i shopped for the first time with amazon.com .İt costed approximately 40 percent cheaper . Im using it for about 2 months . This laptop is really nice and useful. ı liked the case . Colors are not full sRGB but really good enough for me, i think i have read screen nit is about 250 well thats good enough too. İt is 8 gb ram, i guess i will add some more in the future, but so for its powerfull with ryzen 7 4700u energy saver processor. İt didnt make noise and cool enough when working. Its really useful in order to read pdf files .İt arrived in ten days and thats really fast for 10000 km. Moreover i got back 15 bucks as refundment. There was a problem about zoom application as i expected cause i have read some reviews about it but it can be solved through amd gpu software update.

This laptop feels expensive. I was so surprised when it came in the mail. From the packaging to the computer itself, went above and beyond my expectations. I, also, received a pen with my computer, so I was pleasantly surprised. This computer has amazing picture quality and the Bang & Olufsen speakers definitely get the job done. I recently returned a Asus Vivobook 360 and apart of the reasoning was the speakers were of very poor quality. But this computer is ticking all the boxes!

It’s good so far I’ve played a lot of Genshin Impact on it. It’s gets really hot though so that’s not to good but it runs the game just fine

Purchased this laptop and within 2 months parts were breaking, like the microphone. Within 3 months the whole laptop was complete garbage and failed to work. Tried to submit HP warranty request, but they show it was purchased 6 months before I actually purchased on Amazon. Complete garbage. Don’t buy this product or anything from this seller.

unbelievable low quality, after couple of months usage, I guess nowadays even chinese manufactures have higher standards than hp. For example, the keyboard is falling apart, starts with a most common used keys, such as shift or as you can see ctrl. the rubber strip from the back came off after one month!!!!Spare parts: at HP spare parts are crazy expensive, or you cannot even buy them.Do not buy it, it seems a decent laptop because of the configuration, but hp totally ruined it.Update: I sent it back to the HP to fix it, nothing is happening, as they do not have the spare part, totally joke, considering I ordered a new keyboard from ebay (china) and it is already arrived, but my nb is still at HP :DCustomer support is also a joke. Hp supposed to be a professional company, but I guess the massive outsource, it is like some noname chinese company, like chuwie and such.so, never ever buy anything from HP, this is the new low. I have an another notebook, so im kinda relaxed, but still ...UPDATE: So i changed my rating from one star to 4!, which requires an explanation. First of all, I am living in Austria, tldr software developer who prefers eng keyboard, so i do not know how it works in the us, the customer service is excellent, via whatsapp!! in UK, and also the guys in Hungary who repaired my notebook did an excellent job, thank you guys for your great work both in uk and hu.

I have been using this laptop for a couple of weeks now and I am very satisfied.

Easy to move around

Battery sat too long battery no longer would charge. Warranty had to be reinstated with HP that expired.
