I hate taking tablets I have to crush or bite and chew them always I panic about swallowing them. I know my fear is unfounded as I can swallow food but still I always take orodispersible medications so these bears are great. Plus they are yummy I need to stop myself from eating them as if they were sweets. Its pricier £9.99 for 120 gummy bears but it is a 2 months supply, so £4.49 per month isn't too bad.

I've only been using it for two days, it's too early to say if it's beneficial, but it tastes great.
