Love this product been taking it for a long time and it works beautifully no issues no side effects as a vegetarian who eats no soy and no seafood. This product keeps me healthy.

I was taking this for a month when out of nowhere, found an online article about it being a junk product that will never produce results. I bought it without ever reading reviews on Amazon because i was a member of Iron Protocol group on the best know social media site. Instantly i came here to read reviews and some very mentioning brown rice fillers and how it made them sick, so i stopped taking it for a week out of fear it will make me sick too. My husband insisted that i go check my iron and Ferritin levels again, expecting i will probably need an iron infusion, since my Ferritin in the end of May 2024 was 8.6 and Iron was at 44. I got retested On August 14th of 2024 to my doctor's protest, and i really had to insist because he likes to do blood work only twice a year. My Ferritin jumped to 23 and Iron is at 60. My iron saturation went to 18% , and it was always hovering around 10%. I have to mention that my Ferritin level sits around 8 since 2017, same goes for my Iron, which has been low since 2017, along with my MCV and MCH. Those went up, not by much, but they are still very low. To sum up, I am still taking these, and i also bought the type without the addition of Vit B and Folate, but I think I prefer these. I have no stomach pain, and no acid, even though I suffer from acid reflux and hiatal hernia. They do make me constipated and I will get nausea if I take them on an empty stomach. Also, i would advise against Iron protocol from the above-mentioned group, i left that group because some pieces of advice were bordering on crazy. I take one pill a day, but on some days I can handle 2. Please do not do those body weight calculations and take 8-9 pills a day. That can not possibly be good for you!

This has helped me so much. I bought an inexpensive test on Amazon for my iron and it tested really low. I joined the iron deficient group on line and this is what everyone recommended. I felt better after my first dose. I love that it OSS a supplement verses straight iron. So far it is the best thing I have tried. I will be buying more.

My mother's Doctor suggested I purchase this Iron Supplement for her. My mother's blood test showed that she was anemic, with low iron. Because of her age, he did not want her to receive Iron treatments, which can take an hour or more to administer. She took the suppliment for three months. Update: I’ve purchased this 3 times now over the course of 4 months (just ordered my 4th) and cannot say enough good things! No constipation, no upset stomach, no side negative side effects! I will say make sure you drink a cup of water when taking so the pill to help wash it down, etc. I need to get my blood taken again, but started taking this due to a somewhat low hemoglobin of 12.6 and my ferritin level of 25 (this was after taking another brand of iron for over a month). I learned the importance of ferritin levels and was concerned that my heart palpitations, hair thinning, headaches, etc were linked to my low ferritin level. Over the course of 4-5 months I have experienced no heart palpitations, minimal headaches, and can start seeing little baby hairs in my receding hairline. I have a long way to go, but believe in this product and am happy someone finally put in the time, research, and effort into producing a great reliable iron supplement! This is a high quality HEME iron (important bc many iron pills are NON HEME and come with side effects along with poor absorption even if they are a cheaper option) with the supporting roles of b12 and folate to help in raising your iron levels. The proof is in the labs!! I just started this on 10/21, my last labs on 9/10 showed my ferritin at 9.8. I had 2 more periods after that draw so not sure if it had dipped any lower than that. My hair started rapidly falling out, like lost half the volume between 9/10-10/20, I really suspect my ferritin completely bottomed out and that’s why I couldn’t keep my hair. I ordered this after reading reviews of it helping ferritin levels quickly. I’ve diligently taken it every day since 10/21. Fast forward to yesterday 11/6— just over 2 weeks later and my ferritin was 26.1. Not great but a huge improvement from 9.8 on 9/10!! I get labs at another doctor but can’t pull those up for some reason. This is the highest number I’ve seen in at least 5 years, before that was 36– here’s to surpassing that!! Sadly, I’m about to start my period so I’m sure it will dip down again :( but at least I have some built up iron storage to get me through. Very hopeful this will continue to raise my ferritin- a functional level is between 50-100, I’m aiming for 75. Will update as my journey with this continues. I need to track hair progress too and share those photos. It’s embarrassing and depressingly thin at the moment, pinky size of a ponytail 😢
