Full disclosure: I am a U.S. Navy veteran. I do not drink Postum or any other faux coffee. It's the genuine article for me; the stronger the better. My Sweetie, however, loves Postum. She assures me that the stuff is delicious and, having no caffeine, is easy on the digestion. My observation: If it is Postum that has been contributing to her good looks, I am more than willing to endorse it.

During my 30 day caffeine detox, I wanted to find a coffee flavored drink with no caffeine. A friend told me about growing up drinking Postum. I was curious, so I ordered a sample pack, and wow it didn't disappoint. I have now found about five different coffee flavored caffeine free drink mixes and Postum is one of the best flavored ones in my mix. Real coffee lovers drink it for the flavor, not just the caffeine. ;)LOL

Taste good

Like the 3 flavors. Blue one bring good old memories from childhood. It feels your stomach if you are on a diet or don’t want to eat right away. Cons: Need to mix it a lot to dissolve and you really have to use sweetener( either honey or sugar) to take away the bitter taste. Sweetener has to be used for all 3 of them.Red is coffee, well almost taste like coffee. Just blend it with your own milk and your good to go.The Cocoa or chocolate tastes like chocolate although remember to add your amount of sugar and honey.Good thing about all of them, they fill your stomach. So if you are on a diet or don’t want that high blood pressure but still want to drink that coffee in the morning, have a cup of postum to go. Not the real deal but the alternative your body will feel. Oh and kids can drink it too.

I received the Postum, HOWEVER, only two flavors were included, the original and coffee flavor thank you, the COCOA flavor was missing.it also shows a blouse being in the package, NO BLOUSE IN THAT PACKAGE. !!!!!!!So please send what I requested,

MY FAMILY HAS BOUGT POSTUM FOR YEARS. WE WERE SAD WHEN IT WAS NO LONGER BEING SOLD IN SUPER MARKETS. THE DRINK IS DELICIOUS & NO COFFEE JITTERS. HOWEVER THE COST IS MUCH TO HIGH FOR THE CONTAINER SIZE.
