Swiss Classic Tomato and Table Set, 6 Pieces Paring Knife, Set of 6, Blue (6.7832.6)

I loved these so much I bought more. Perfect for slicing tomatoes and mushrooms and other veggies. They are nice and sharp and I love the blue color. I would recommend if looking for a nice paring knife.

These aren't as heavy as the knives we were using, so that took a little getting used to. However, these puppies are VERY sharp. We've already cut ourselves twice with these lol We NEVER cut ourselves with the old ones (which tells you how dull they were). These will slice through pretty much anything (carrots, peppers, etc.) easily. Just don't expect to use them on something like a sweet potato. You'll want the larger knife that Victorinox for cuttng something like a sweet potato. Good price and good quality. Highly recommend UNLESS you like feeling "weight" in your hand. For us, it's not an issue. Just a little adjusting.

I bought the same in Europe in 2000. 25 years later, they are as sharp as the day i bought them. I wanted more of the same. They work so well on steaks, tomatos, veggies. Fruits, raw potatoes, bread, spreading, slicing, etc. Although the handles are polymer, they have survived many dishwashings, kids and grandkids. I even take one backpacking as the one light and versatile knife that does it all.ll my fellow hikers borrowed and praised them too, now they bought there own for camping and picnicking.

Victorinox makes incredible blades. However the handles are plastic.

The only knives you will ever need. I park some at friends' houses where I occasionally visit and cook, as gifts, so I don't have to bring my own (seems disrespectful of their kitchen). I also have one in my camping kitchen box. They are super sharp - I don't know anyone who has not cut themselves when using one for the first time. But after a few months, they lose just enough of their edge to be still great to use, but less bloody. Use them to cut bread, bagels, cheese, tomatoes, meat, absolutely anything. I have had one set of four in constant use for six years, and they still cut great.

Son buenísimos! Soy fan de los cuchillos y he usado de todos, hasta cuchillos de cerámica japoneses que me encanta como cortan. Pero estos son buenísimos!!! Los he comprado ya varias veces por lo bueno que son. Cuidado por que son muy filosos y aguantan el filo mucho mucho tiempo. Super recomendados

J'ai ces couteaux en différents coloris. Celui-ci est mon préféré. Ils coupent très bien et sont jolis. Ils coupent entre autres très bien les tartines du petit déjeuner et les tomates.
