With other similar items I have purchased in the past I usually see excessive use of plastic in the construction of the parts. I was expecting similar with this kit but was surprised by how most items are actually made of a fairly sturdy metal. The one item that isn't metal but still seems to be a fairly sturdy plastic is the D clips. The storage space of the bag itself is also quite nice as well. Plenty of room for the items provided as well as extra space for any additional or medical items you might want to add. Also with several elastic bands or pockets to safely hold and sort the items inside as well. Overall it's quite a good backup or on the go kit you can toss in a backpack or car for emergencies.

I'm impressed at the quality that I received compared to how much I spent! The compass feels very sturdy. The only item that I thought felt cheap were the 2 D-rings as they are plastic. I'm also very impressed with the bag itself, there is 3 smaller compartments inside that I did not expect with more molle straps to keep things from sliding around, and also a small zipper compartment as well. Plus all the straps, handles, and velcro on the outside means it is very versatile.

Nice kit to get started on prepping. It came complete with everything stated on the ad. Definitely a nice stocking stuffer.

I purchased a MOLLE organizer for a car seat here on Amazon, and that’s where I keep my car’s emergency kit. I liked this package because everything included is useful, like the multitool, emergency blanket and poncho, a telescoping tube used to blow on fires from a safe distance, and my favorite, the spork/knife combo which even has a whistle built into the sheathe. The only problem I had with anything in the package was what wasn’t in it: the fishing equipment. Mine didn’t come with any. I placed a second order to see if it was a mistake or faulty advertising, and the second order came with everything it was supposed to. So definitely make sure you get everything that is advertised, but otherwise, everything in the kit has a great use and is well-built without any flaws. 5/5 stars

The perfect compact survival kit to add to my bug-out bag. Well thought out selection of gear to cover just about any situation that may arise. The items are each of good quality and durable and it all fits neatly into a handy little rugged-looking carrying case with room for more. Overall this is a really great value!

Gave a few of these sets to the men in me and my husband’s family as Christmas gifts! We have a lot of hunters in our family and everyone really loves these tactical gear kits! Either way I think all men and women should have one of these in the house, in the to-go emergency kit, and camping gear! Great buy! The quality is great as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Agree with some of the reviewers that the bag is a little smaller than what is shown in these pictures; that said, it has an incredible amount of useful items for a camping trip or getaway to the woods. I haven't tried all the items yet, and the compass seems a little wonky, but for the most part it seems to have durable items. Only thing I would suggest for improvement besides a better compass would be an instruction manual for some items. It was not an issue for me or nothing that YouTube could not show someone, but my package did not have anything identifying what each of the items were for, and for someone who may be new to these items, could cause confusion. Not a big deal, though, it's pretty easy to use.

This looks good and impressive. Everything you want is included as it was shown in the pictures. The only problem that I have is that the knife looks beat up and used. Also, the fork and spoon didn’t come with a knife combo, like in the pictures that was shown. Maybe it’s just me or did I missed it? IDK. But, there is a spoon out there that has that triple combo if you are interested. I for one would love that. It would be quick and easy and you could change it in a heartbeat. Too bad for this one that doesn’t have it. Other than that, it’s a good survival kit. Another problem that I have after using the product is the flashlight. I used it quite often and it hasn’t been over a month yet and it died on me. I mean died, literally. I changed the battery and I tightened it loosened it and nothing works. The flashlight is completely dead.
