I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect with a magnetic dart board because I’ve seen some really cheap ones before. This one surprised me in the best way. The magnets are strong. When a dart hits the board, it sticks and doesn’t slide, sag, or fall off—even on solid throws. That was my biggest concern going in, and it turned out to be a complete non-issue. The darts feel well made, not flimsy, and the board itself has a good weight to it. This has been perfect for kids who watch their parents play darts and want to join in without the safety risks. No sharp points, no holes in the wall, and no stress about someone getting hurt. My kids can play freely, and I don’t have to hover over them the whole time. Great gift for my 9 year old son. He and his friends play with this all the time. The magnets are strong and it works great. I play with him too and we really enjoy it. I ordered one for my office at work to blow off steam. We even use it to practice math facts and he doesn’t even realize what we are doing. It’s a good size and weight. Not too heavy. I have it hanging on the wall with one nail and it’s been secure. The magnet stick strongly and the darts don’t fall off. It’s got good colors. Very pleased with this purchase.

I bought a much cheaper one to compare? This board is quality! Worth every penny. You get what you pay for and should not cheap out when it comes to this product. Darts stick really well. Wonderful to play with family.

We haven't had any quality control issues with this dart board set so far and it's a lot of fun even for adults. I highly recommend and think we have gotten our monies worth so far. When I first got it set up, I wasn't sure how I felt because I couldn't get half the darts to stick but it was user error. You can throw the darts hard but not too hard and to be honest I just don't think I was holding the darts right because I haven't played darts in years and I've never played magnetic darts. I can now get over 90% of the darts to stay. My 9 year old loves it. I was teaching him to play since it was his Christmas gift and within the hour we were all throwing like pros. My son has ADHD/ ASD and it can take him a little longer or at times a lot longer to figure things out but he was playing like a pro within an hour. My son is a gamer kid so this is something that will hold his attention for just about 5-10 mins several times a day but seems worth it to me because it's also aesthetically pleasing and just a fun toy for all ages. This is what he asked for in addition to a punching bag set for Christmas and these were his favorite gifts. He picked out this exact set himself on amazon. I have it set up in the hallway directly across from the living room so we can throw darts from the living room into the hallway. We do have a large living room area. We don't have a lot of wall space but it works out perfectly this way and would be perfect for a game room. 10/10 recommend!

I got this as a “toy” for my nearly-adult kids, and they enjoy it for the laughs. I can only imagine the tantrums that this would inspire in small ones, though…and the in-between ages would likely just give up. 4 darts broke within the first 15 minutes, and they’re as likely to bounce off the board as stick. But yet, it entertained them for a good hour, and I’m sure they’ll play with it again. So not a complete loss.
