Did not come with parts
The conversion kit did not include the tool or two NG orifices to complete the conversion. The regulator and hose work fine and I had a 6mm socket to remove the propane orifices for the grill section, but you need the two NG orifices for the side and infrared burners.

That this vendor is not reliable.
There is not much to dislike about this item. It's a gas hose. My only complaint is that it was missing parts. So I contacted the vendor by phone. Seemed nice enough,and understanding. She said she would get back to me in 48 hrs about missing parts or replace the entire item. Well 7 days later, I still have not heard back from her by phone or Email. I do not expect to hear from these people again. Thanks for nothing.
