I THINK THEY DO- AND THEY GIVE YOU THAT NICE HINT OF COLOR AS WELL. I LIKE TO WEAR THEM UNDER MY LIPSTICK SO IT WON'T BE SO DRYING. BUT- THEY DON'T SEEM TO DO A PERMANENT PLUMP, ONLY WHEN YOU ARE WEARING THEM. I REALLY LIKE THEM- I HAVE 3 SHADES!
