EXCELLENT QUALITY, PRICE & DELIVERY. THE BUTTER TARTS WERE DELICIOUS-THANX SO MUCH!

Apart from being exhorbitantly overpriced, they arrived completely squished and destroyed. This is the second time I ordered these and they arrived in the same poor condition the first time. So while these are very tasty just know that at least half of them will be completely flattened and crumbled during shipping

Waaay to sweet

Many of the tarts were broken in transit. Luckily they are individually wrapped so the damage wasn’t a big deal for me but I would have been disappointed if these had been sent as a gift. I grew up eating butter tarts and was missing them since they don’t have them in the southern US. I found these too sweet and the sugar was crunchy in the tart “guts”. They were also very syrupy and the crust was a bit bland and collapsed easily. I’m surprised they are getting such high ratings. That said, they hit the spot since I hadn’t had any in so long. I think it’s always hard to measure up to what you had growing up. And at end of the day these are a boxed product so will never taste like a local bakery or homemade.

The crust was perfect, the filling was delightful. Just like I remembered getting them at Tim Hortons and at the grocery store as well. Dearest Vendor: Why can’t you figure out how to ship them better? I didn’t have one that was whole. Fortunately, I ate them all myself (hence the big butt?) so I didn’t have the embarrassment of having to present them to anybody, however, it was still disappointing. Below standard. Come on guys, spend a little more time and effort could ya. Most of your Amazon customers,. I’m sure, we now receive products and goods from all over the world. I’ve received delicate and highly breakable products from a lot further than Canada that came in perfect condition. All the reviews are correct. They are wonderfully delicious, they’re the best I’ve ever had outside of Canada since obviously they came from there. But… they were individually packaged, all in multiple pieces and just shipped in a padded envelope. That’s the only reason I haven’t ordered them again. But… big butt be danged, now I’m reconsidering, they were that good fer shure.

Tarts were in a box with about 15 peanuts which served.no purpose. The tarts can crushed and while edible and delicious, not suitable to serve to anyone. They are expensive and a very disappointing purchase. A little bit of packaging to protect these properly would have made a world of difference.,

I spent many summers as a kid visiting family in Ontario. These are just like the delicious ones I got back then.

Oh my ... I almost did not order these based on all the reviews that said they arrived all broken! My were completely whole and delicious Yawl certainly fixed that delivery complaint Mine were very well packaged and arrived unharmed! I bought these because of Sloan Bella that physic on you tube that was from Canada originally Great BUY THESE! Yummy
