Cartridges do not last 6 months
I have ordered the refill 4 times and the last 2 times it only lasted about 60-70 days. Not sure why. The first two lasted about 4-5 months so it seems that the refill cartridges are not good quality.

Must have for hard water
It’s one of the best water softeners. I’m using it from past 4 years. Easy installation Water quality changes quickly

Waste of money
Instead of TDS decrease it slightly increased. Disappointed with the product. Suggestions not to buy this as the first cartridge which came with the extension was different and it reduced the TDS to half and after cartilidge change post 4 months it was wastage of money.

Installation was simple
Excellent cartridge for hard water areas. Installation was simple and it noticeably reduces scaling and improves the taste of water. Clothes feel softer after washing and skin dryness has reduced. A cost-effective solution that really works. my wife told before using that she experienced hairfall but after this hairloss somewhat reduced soo much as we use well water in rooftop tank so in my region water is hard it helps in softening
