SAPHIR Vernis Rife - Patent Leather Cleaner - Shine, Clean and Protect against Cracking - Neutral - 100mL

I have to admit that, in general, I find Saphir products overrated. This brand has a certain snobbish cachet that I find a bit off-putting. Yes, the products are good, but there are other brands that I find equally good, if not better, and most of them are less expensive - Paul Brunngård comes to mind... But having said that, Saphir's Vernis Rife is probably the best patent leather cleaner and conditioner on the market. It's easy to use, a little goes a long way, and it does an excellent job of cleaning and hydrating patent leather, and leaving it looking like new. So even though I can't call myself a Saphir fan, this is one product that I will only buy from Saphir.

Works like a dream! The smell isn’t overwhelming, it left no stickiness definitely worth the money, works quickly and leaves an amazing finish when it dries, which is also quick! It’s been a few months since I used this on a bag and its durability is impressive!

I love patent leather shoes with leather soles for east coast swing dancing. They take a beating! Saphir cleaner removed some black spots on my red flats. I used it on Kate Spade plaid flats. Lovely shine! Also used on some thrifted name brand shoes from Poshmark. They were pretty good to start but this took off some marks.

Found this on social media. Didn't work as well as I expected, worked a bit on slightly oxidized patent leather, but not on more heavily oxidized ones.

Goes on like watery car wax. Dries quickly and buffs off so easily. Brings patent back to a super glossy shine. Only downside is that it has a slight odor. (It goes away after a few minutes) and it's not that bad anyway. Highly recommend 👌

Didn’t work at all. It actually dulled the leather and it’s not returnable

I have 3 pairs of identical real patent LEATHER heels in pink, red, and navy that I love and have worn many, many times. So they all had some cracking in the exterior varnish and needed some attention/conditioning. Did not trust these favorite shoes to using petroleum jelly and other questionable methods suggested online. Although this product is a bit pricey, I'm so glad I bought it. My shoes look like new! Just amazing.

Bonjour, j’ai utilisé le produit sur des traces sur bottes en vernis effet vinyle. Ça a pris beaucoup de temps j’ai dû frotter pendant presque une heure par chaussure, donc bien imbiber la matière et soyez patient! En tout cas le résultat est niquel
