EFIELD Washing Machine Outlet Box, 1/2-inch Pex Crimp Inlet with Center Drain, White,(WM002)

Plumbed these in the other day. They look nice and function well. No issues and the valves are high quality.

Very nice product!! One issue I had was the top drain hole is not spaced properly, at least In the way I had to use it! Which makes that hole stick out past the wall studs about 1/2 an inch. The way these are designed to be mounted really sucks and that’s about all them so outside of that great!

I had to reroute my pipes and my drain, but that was easy enough. Good product and arrived quickly. Looks nice in it's place works well.

For the price and inclusion of water hammer arrestors, the product is great; however, the hot and cold-water valve attachment method to the plastic wall outlet box is a weak point and needs to be reevaluated by the manufacturer and rectified. The valves are of great quality, but the slim base design of the integrated wrench flat nuts and lack of a top washer causes the valve body to misalign and pull through the plastic outlet box. This is a design flaw and should be rectified by the manufacturer. When I received the outlet box the cold-water valve was canted sideways and had pulled through the plastic box on one side, and the hot-water valve was also being pulled through. I was going to return the product, but came up with a solution by adding faucet coupling nuts to the valves, (see steps below). The addition of the faucet coupling nuts provides the necessary valve body support, and also elevates the valve slightly, allowing easier hose attachment and valve operation. I hope this helps!Here is my solution in (5) steps… (Note: This must be done to both valves)Step 1: Purchase (4) faucet coupling nuts. I purchased the Danco brand from Home Depot for around $8.00.Step 2: Remove the plastic base nut from the valve body and discard.Step 3: Remove the valve from the outlet box, install a faucet coupling nut with the flat side facing the PEX nipple adapter, and tighten.Step 4: Reinstall the valve through the outlet box hole.Step 5: Install a separate faucet nut onto the valve body with the flat side facing the valve handle and tighten.

First things first before buying any pex type plumbing products from anyone. Take a little time to research the differences between pex-a, pex-b, or pex-c doing so will allow you to make informed purchases to select the correct products, tools and the components for your application.Now for the review!This made for fast work in a remodeling project. Allowing us to add a 2nd washer with ease.The adjustable sides made mounting between studs secure and in the place we wanted.The beauty ring snapped in place securely making it look great when we where finished with the drywall and paint.I really liked how you could change the configuration of the sewer discharge section from the center to the side.The low price topped it off.We saved money purchasing this Vrs elsewhere. Every little bit adds up especially in a remodeling project!So I would say we are pretty happy about this purchase.

Very nice works perfect love the metal design not plastic that strips or leaks closed is closed and with pex tool set i ordered with this i had everything hooked and running in less than 2 hrs taking my time

Haven’t turned on any water to it but on the surface it installed easily and much cheaper than buying in the big box store
