I take these because I believe turmeric is a good supplement
It’s difficult to know what to say about a product like this or similar vitamin products. I believe the advertising which says that turmeric is good for reducing “inflammation “ in the body but I can’t prove it. I don’t even know how regularly you are recommended to take a capsule. I take one every 3-4 days. From the odour and taste there is no doubt these are turmeric capsules. Neither the odour or taste hangs around afterwards.
