I came across these a while back and have purchased them several times since. Seaweed is a good source of iodine, vitamin b12 as well as other nutrients that for some people support their thyroid health. I like that there are only three ingredients...seaweed, avocado oil, and sea salt. That's it. I enjoy the taste and don't find them too "seaweedy". The thickness and texture are just right. They are light and have a subtle crisp that almost melts in your mouth. One little pack has just enough seaweed in it for a snack and the size of the pack can easily fit in a purse, lunch bag, gym bag, pocket, etc. The entire package comes with 20 individual packs, also making it a great value for what you're getting. This is my favorite brand of seaweed snacks.

I try to get more iodine from my food for thyroid health but don’t eat fish as much as I should. Many of the seaweed snacks out there have oils I don’t prefer but this one has avocado oil. It’s crispy and delicious with just the right amount of salt. Sometimes I eat them with my meal but honestly they’re delicious alone and satisfy my cravings for something crunchy and salty. I often eat them instead of potato chips.

Handy little low-calorie snack to satisfy salty and savory in a gentle way. Definitely won't fill you up, but might hold you over until your next meal. Each sheet is consistent in flavor, texture, and quality. I've only had one package that didn't include the silica gel packet and the sheets were noticeably chewier. The one con: check a mirror after eating. Dark pieces end up on lips and teeth. Easily removed.

I enjoy eating this organic seaweed for a healthy thyroid support. I always buy this product brand for the very best Quality and taste for myself.

Some people love seaweed and some people don't. I enjoy it a lot and to me this brand is high quality and I like that this one does not use seed oils. It is more affordable buying them in this quantity than at a physical store as well, especially if you do subscribe and save.

When you have simple ingredients, seaweed, sea salt, and olive oil, I mean how much better can it get, I recommend these for anyone looking for clean ways to eat because there are a lot of chemicals in this stuff out here that they're calling food.
