Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese – Low Moisture | 3 lb Loaf | Creamy, Stretchy & Melty Authentic Wisconsin Mozzarella Cheese | Perfect for Pizza, Pasta & More

This is my fourth purchase (I bought two packages). I am on a KETO diet and it is hard to find high quality whole milk BLOCK mozzarella cheese to make my wonderful, KETO dinner rolls (for recipe see KETOFOCUS Dinner Rolls on YouTube). This cheese is perfect and delicious. The Styrofoam container had sufficient ice for February in Virginia (I recommend that you order before it gets too hot. Although, I ordered in the summer last year and the three ice packs were still cold even after sitting on my porch all day in 70 degree weather. The cheese is vacuum-sealed and perfect for my baking needs. I ordered TWO three pound blocks because I don't want to have to order during the very hot days of summer . The taste and texture are great - and it's from Wisconsin!

Arrived promptly. The cheese comes in a three-pound block that slices easily, tastes fine, and melts the way mozzarella should. Great on toast or homemade pizzas.

This mozzarella block of three pounds arrived cool and works well on my purchased pizza crust. The flavor is relatively mild, not pronounced.

All I have to say is absolutely amazing and my mind is blown away. Living in Florida I miss Chicago Pizza so I made it myself and damn was it just like home, but you have to have the right cheese.

Wisconsin Cheese Mart Store was quick to reply to answer my questions and shipped my order promptly using my preferred delivery method. Although the delivery was delayed an extra day, no fault of the shipper, the order was packed in a styrofoam cooler with sufficient cooling to keep the perishable order in great shape.
