Fantastic!
I've been using this for a while now and it's worked wonders! I don't really care for the little ramp but hollds my bike securely and is a very sturdy design. Low noise level and easily attached/detached.

5 year review.
I've had mine now for more than 4 years, I absolutely recommend this moto hualer over most budget aluminum types. It takes a lot of abuse and held up getting drug on asphalt hills, run into by another vehicle, and even got ran over by accident. I still use it and its still holding up. Minor issues like some rusting has been found but I usually keep it outside or mounted to the hitch so that will happen. Preventive Maintenance like wire brushing clean and some paint fixes that easily. I've hualed a Ninja 250cc, X-Trainer 300, YZ450, and a Rebel 300 on it and it handled it all. Just keep that curb weight under 500Lbs. and it won't bend or damage. I've used both straps and turn buckles and both do well. The ramp holder is fairly crude for my liking but if space isn't an option on your vehicle it will keep it from falling. I recommend a small rubber pad on hitch support to cut down on vibration noise.

Great except missing hardware
I got this for my 65+ lb e-bike so my old, fat, female butt doesn't have to pick up it up and put it in the back of my truck. It works great! It's plenty sturdy and appears well built. The only problem I had was when I opened the box, the hardware was everywhere. The package that it came in had been opened. I was able to find all the hardware except 4 bolts/nuts and washers, which wouldn't have been a huge issue except that the hardware store was closed and I was scheduled to leave early the next morning. I was able to scratch together a few bolts to finish putting it together and head out on my trip the next morning. As soon as I was able, I stopped and bought the correct hardware and replaced what I had used. ($10 worth of hardware) Aside from the hardware inconvenience, which in reading reviews, I was not the only one this has happened to, the carrier seems to be great!

Hardware needs to be better!
It came packaged fine. It was not missing any parts. Not bent or broken. The hardware is a whole different story. Some of the bolts aren’t actually big enough and all the washers are just too flimsy and not large enough in outside diameter. I am about to go to the hardware store to fix that issue. The rest is run of the mill stuff nothing major all parts line up and it *should* work just fine. I will update this after I correct the hardware issues and give it a test run. Update. I used this to haul a 225lbs motorcycle about 700miles on the highway, rough city streets and even through some rain happy to say that it made it just fine. Not a single issue, it did not rock around, loosen up, or bend or break anywhere. So in short it works and doesn’t need much to perform the job. One thing I will mention is depending on your vehicle and motorcycle being hauled you may want to get some auxiliary tail lights as with the motorcycle loaded on the carrier it was tough to see the light on my Colorado.

Good bike carrier
Even though I was missing one bolt , still a 5 star review . I was able to transport my dirtbike with no problems . Slight wiggle here and there, but nothing too crazy. Recommend for anybody who has a pick up truck . Easy to install and load.

wow, this is cheap, i dont trust it
So start off by saying this was supposed to take less than a week to deliver, it missed that date so amazon refunded my money, however this magically showed up. Box came destroyed (not a surprise as it was in USPS custody for a month) and was missing hardware, of which we will start there. The washers may as well have been made of cardboard, they are far too thin, and should be more of them, one under the bolt head, and one under the lock washer and nut, they are too small, and are immediately deformed by the size of the holes. The tabs of which the main rack mounts on were all deformed, and as well are only welded on ONE side of the tab, these are way to thin to inspire any sort of confidence in them as a mounting point for the assembly. The tube section that goes into the receiver should be several inches longer, it only goes into the hitch a few inches, barely past the pin, which makes the claimed 500lb capacity laughable. I'm not confident enough to put my Honda Grom on it, which is a sub 230lb bike. The rack it sits on may well support tires up to 5 inch wide, but the ramp barely allows the Grom's 4 inch tire inside it, which has nice sharp edges on both ends, that very well may slice the tires. The anti rattle plate is the same story, and is laughable. The slots where the U bolt go through are far too wide for the thickness of the bolt, and the washers aren't big enough to fully support the bolt head, and fully tightened, really don't stop any rattle. Please spend a bit more for a better quality rack for your bike, I cannot recommend this.

Great buy!
This was a good buy. I attached it to my RV. I put my moped on it. And I traveled 1,939 miles across the country. I traveled through rain, through mountains, through bumpy roads, through windy Wyoming! It held strong! I did use some of my own ratchet straps to hold my moped steady because mine were thicker and stronger. I sold the moped and also got rid of the RV, but kept this item.

This is a very complete package capable of transporting your motorcycle. Comes with everything but the vehicle. Ramp, straps and carrier. The hitch stabilizer prevents any side to side movement in the hitch.

Almost perfect, I noticed the lacking lock to secure the ramp to platform. I experienced the ramp disengaged itself. On safety point of view the fabricator should install a lock to hold firm the ramp to platform.

Poor hardware… had to buy better quality nuts and bolts.. the rest is ok but would pay 300$ not 500$
