Excellent Chairs. Sturdy. Dual cross-bracing between the legs. VERY thick cushion that will have to be broken in (def better than too thin). The seat to back part attaches with 6 bolts!!! Impressive. Def worth the money and would buy again if needed.

These chairs are just what I was looking for! Stylish, good looking, with distressed finish and beautifully upholstered. Very comfortable and handy to use as extra chairs around dining room table. I highly recommend this set of awesome chairs!

I saved over $1200.00 by choosing these chairs instead of the chairs that matched my new table. These were easy to assemble. I decided to use wood glue in the lower cross-bar section to make them even more stable. The cushions are a little firm and the material is a thick nubby fabric, pale gray/taupe. I don't think you can remove them to reupholster them later. It would be hard to do.I had planned on painting these the same shade of white as my Amish table legs, but decided for now that I like them distressed. They are distressed a LOT. But the places where they are painted more than others, they are definitely a white, not beige, not tan, not taupe. White with a lot of bare wood color showing through.Also, mine are all level as can be. Just follow the instructions and before you tighten all the bolts, put the chair down on a level floor, sit on it, then gently turn it over and tighten the bolts fully. Perfect level chair. It took me 2 hours for all 4 chairs, but I took my time.Allen wrench is provided, but you need your own phillips head for the 6 screws.Made in Vietnam of real wood.

I ordered six of these chairs and I love them. They look casual but chic. They really dress up my table and complement my decorating style. Even though two of the chairs were damaged, Amazon made it easy to return and replace them without a problem.

These are great chairs. Easy to put together, very comfortable and heavy and sturdy. The only thing I don’t like, is how “rustic” they tried to make them. They took a saw and touched the wood all other. These cuts catch some of my clothes, and don’t feel great, because they are too deep. I’m thinking about sanding them down a little and repainting the chairs, but I’m not sure yet.
