how to reset lost password

If I recall correctly... 1. Disconnect the DC power; 2. Disconnect (fire) alarm relay interface cable if equipped; jumper across the unpopulated 'JP9' position; 3. Re-apply DC power and allow the board to reboot and then remove the number from'JP9'. The board should be now be reset to initial state.
