The cap was broken into a lot of small pieces. Someone was rough somewhere in shipping. The paper cap under it was still on so I kept the product!

It's new to me
I only gave this a four star only because it's the first time using this particular product. I've used something similiar but i can't find it anymore. So far, I don't see any different/change in using this product. Maybe it will grow on me.
