I have only used the product once but am very impressed with the quality, value and features for the price. I have been purchasing from Amazon for many years and this item may be the best quality and value for the money of anything I have ever purchased from Amazon. I noted in some of the other reviews some purchasers complained that the shut off feature did not seem to work properly. It does not shut the water off completely when using the pause function but I think it is working properly because it allows greatly reduced water flow which is necessary to maintain the same temperature in the water lines. If the water was shut off completely the water in the water lines would not maintain the same temperature and would require readjustment when using the sprayer again. Smart technology and it works!. I am so impressed with this product I am going to purchase another one as a backup in case of a problem.UPDATE, UPDATE... After using the product for a few weeks, the shutoff feature has become unusable which was the primary reason for my purchase. I did purchase two of these units and the same thing has happened with both of them. With the water turned on I cannot move the slide switch to change the function and I am no weakling. Even turning the water off to move the slider switch does not help. It seems something has happened internally that prevents the slider from moving.

So we just moved into this our newly bought (old) house with 3 baths. One doesn’t have shower, just a broken jacuzzi tub. One has holes on the floor. And one has leaking shower head. So among the 3, the last one is the easiest to fix. Since we just moved and bought a house, it is safe for you to think that we don’t have money and you’re right! But bathing is very important, at least to me.At first, not knowing the indepth problem of our baths, I just ordered a shower head holder since both of the 2 showers were placed pretty high and I’m 5’0 short. Unfortunately, the shower didn’t fit the shower holder so I had to return it. After knowing what the problems of our baths were, I thought since we’re replacing the shower head, might as well buy one with a shower holder pair so I’m sure that if will fit this time.Searching on amazon, there’s not a lot of choices. Then I found this, one with very high rating/reviews, shower arm with long cord and extra self adhesive shower holder, and most important of all, very affordable! (Truly saved our lives in this hard times)We’ve been using it for like 2 months now every single day and still looks/works like new. I love that it’s lightweight since I tend to hold it when I use it. I’ve seen low star reviews mostly because there’s still water running when it’s on “pause” when it’s literally written on the product description/information, its for safety. And I always read before purchasing. I like it specially when I’m putting soap on or washing my face, because I want to wet my hands every once in a while, so instead of keeping the shower running, I put it on pause and at least I can somehow save water/money. The self adhesive shower holder is holding on pretty well, never did it fell after we first installed it. Just make sure your wall is very clean before you install it.
