Purple Sweet Potato Powder is not the same as powdered ube. The botanical name of the purple sweet potato we use is Ipomoea batatas whereas purple ube is known as Dioscorea alata. Ube is sometimes confused with taro and the purple sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas cv. Ayamurasaki) but is actually another root.

Very disappointed of the size and quantity!

Ridiculously small! For this price you should be getting way more! Quite disappointed I have to say! I haven’t used it yet, so I can’t say much about the taste! Not worth that much money for that little that was provided...Truly shocking!
