Great product that makes the chore of picking up ping pong balls easy and quick. Our club uses barriers to enclose each table during play and normally a lot of time is wasted picking up stray balls, but with the Pong Pal, it's so much quicker and easier to gather all the balls. It's catching on quickly; so far 3 of us have this neat device. It fits easily into most gym bags for transport; it comes apart in the middle. Once each person finishes picking up, we just turn it upside down and empty into our pocket, then we're ready to play again. More play time because it saves your back and quads from the constant bending over. Worth its weight in gold!

I'm WAY too old to bend over and pick-up a ball off the floor EVERY TIME! So, we go through an entire gross - and then break to pick-up all the balls with the tube! Then we start over again. Great invention! Press the tube's opening down over a ball on the floor... as it pops past the rubber 'strings' it can't get back out - unless from the other end (@ top). One pass with the tube nets about 20-21 balls... dump them back in the box and keep going 'til you're all done. Then, start the next game.

How wants to bend over to pick up balls at 92 years of age.

A bit expensive for what it actually is. I feel this could be a DIY for the initiated, but it does do what it claims to and does a good enough job. After several months of use, it has started to crack in certain place but doesn't really affect the overall performance. It all really depends on the price you want to pay for not having to bend down repeatedly, which I enjoy not having to do myself.

I use this a lot mostly on carpet. It's great for picking up balls relatively quickly. My only complaint is that it's very short and if you're over 5'10 or so you'll have to bend over a lot to use it. I may replace it later with something longer just so I don't get back aches after every practice sessions.

Don't understand why it has such high star reviews. Totally disappointment.1, very cheap looking quality made with thin plastic.2, bad mechanism and design for ball pickup as you can see from attached pictures. It uses things like rubber band to pickup balls. Well you have to press hard every time in order for the ball to get into the tube and most time the ball will slip away from the tube.3, tube is too short. I'm 5'10'' tall and had to bend over to pickup the balls.put in box for return second day receiving it.

This thing works well. They know it, that's why they charge $25 for it. Saves your back. We play with tons of balls and then just go around snapping them up with this thing every once in a while. It works well.

There's nothing to dislike about this product. It does what it is supposed to do. Because I don't have to bend down to pick up my ping-pong balls, I can play much longer. At 83, it is a feature I really welcome.
