I am genuinely happy that it appears to work so well for a lot of people but I was NOT one of them. I figured the possibility of anxiety relief made it worth the risk but jeez. I have pretty much all the side effects others described: nausea, increased anxiety, headache, flushing, stomach cramps, etc. Also, idk how anyone is okay with the taste. It tasted soooo nasty. I do feel sleepy also though so I guess it worked in that sense? I dunno but I will definitely not be taking this again.

I felt more relaxed and noticed a calmer mind, but unfortunately experienced significant gastrointestinal side effects, including inflammation, gas, and loose stools. I was hoping it would help with sleep, but I didn’t see much improvement in that area
