For the past 8 years I have horrible pain in my left shoulder and neck. I have been to numerous doctor appointments and had tests, mainly just shrugged off as "nerve pain" and handed prescriptions. Sometimes it would hurt so bad I'd be nauseous, it was a horrible pain. I don't wish nerve pain in anyone. I don't want prescriptions to awful addictive or dangerous pills..I mean I don't want to be on seizure medicine or lifeline pain pills for my arm.. I want to fix it!!! so I never took any of the prescriptions. I was finally referred to physical therapy for 12 sessions and it helped so much. Unfortunately, insurance will not pay for PT for pain therapy. No money in that if you're actually healing! I went to a body worker and it helped a lot but I knew I needed something internally fixed, something was causing it to hurt in the first place and I had no known injury. I found these and they've given me my sanity back. I do one a day in the morning. For the past 8 months. I don't get pain as often, most days are pain free, and if I do get pain it's much less and doesn't last long. Before these, I could not change a lightbulb without my arm and shoulder hurting like I'd done an hours worth of arm workouts. I would hurt immensely after pretty much raising my arm up to the light bulb or to change the shower curtain. In comparison, last week I painted my bathroom all by myself, walls and ceiling. I thought I'd have to push through pain but nothing. I thought ok the next day it's going to hurt. Nope. I had my arm up painting a ceiling and no pain!!! I attribute it to these supplements. It's the only thing I've changed in my routine. I'm amazed and thankful for these!!

I bought these online because my usual Fred Meyer's didn't have them. Of course, it's cheaper on Amazon haha. Anyway, they are very helpful with promoting daily "movements" and I haven't noticed a taste in them. I take all three at once because I am a bit forgetful with my meals, but it's still the same effect I believe. Nothing major going on.

Take it from a breastfeeding mom who has to take calcium magnesium supplements during menstruation to prevent a drop in my milk supply.. I've gone through many other cal/mag supplements and this one is by far the best. It's the only one that delivers every single time. The pills are easy to swallow and amazing quality.
